Rosedale Senior Living Community is a 55+, age restricted, active living neighborhood in downtown Gig Harbor, Washington. Steel Architects provided both master planning and architectural design, considerably influenced by the City's stringent design guidelines. Universal Design principles were applied to improve accessibility and flexibility, meeting the particular and changing needs of the residents as they age.
